Choose the Right App
Please download the correct App based on the SIM card type installed in your device.
Using Official LNCOON SIM：Download LNCOON IOT APP
Using Your Own SIM：Download Tracksolid Pro APP
Step 1. Download APP
Search for "LNCOON IOT" in the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2. Register and Log In
Click the "Sign Up" at the login page to create a tracking account.
1.Choose your country.
2.Enter a valid email.
3.Click the blue arrow to acquire a verification code.
The verification code will be sent to you by this email:
noreply@track9999.com
Step 3. Bind Your Device
First, Power on the Device.
1.Tap the "+" on the Home page to add new device.
2.Enter your device’s IMEI or scan the QR code.
3.Click "Add Device" to submit.
4.A page will show up for you to edit the information of the device, fill in and save to complete binding. (You can skip and edit later)
5.Now go back to the Home page and find your device on the List menu.
Step 4. Purchase a subscription plan
To activate your device, you first need to purchase a subscription plan.
1.Click "Top up" beneath the device icon.
2.Verify that the displayed IMEI matches the one on the device’s packaging. Then click the "Top up" button to confirm.
3.Select a DATA PLAN and click Payment to complete the subscription.
4.Restart the device, place the device in an open area — it will go online shortly.

Step 5. Use the Global Tracking Feature
On the device Home page, tap the "Real-Time Location" icon to view your device’s current position on the map.
