I had already canceled my monthly subscription, but you continued to charge me. I had to cancel the subscription through PayPal. I would like you to contact me and please be more honest or make it easier to unsubscribe.

I did subscribed for almost a year and am not getting the service. I sent a mail for cancellation but never cancelled. They take $15 from my bank account every month.
