Refund policy
Our goal is to ensure each customer gets completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange or return, please note the following policy and terms.
Return before activation:
If you have not activated your newly purchased LNCOON device or accessory since you just change your mind without even trying the device, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund less associated shipping and handling fees. This is subject to the terms and conditions below.
The unit must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all components included.
If you fail to return all items, LNCOON may charge you up to a $25 additional restocking fee as necessary, since we have to pay for the missing components and repackaging.
You are required to include the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Please make sure the IMEI number on the device and the package are matched to avoid unnecessary delay during return processing.
Return after activation:
For items not found defective and returned just because you changed your mind within this 30-day period and have been activated, LNCOON will not refund the connection plan which was already paid to the cellular provider.
If your item is determined to be defective after contacting our customer care department, LNCOON will ship out a replacement unit within 2 working days and assist you with the activation.
Return steps:
- Request a return order number and return address from LNCOON Customer Support here.
- Package products and write your name, email, the return order number + your order number on a note in your package placed outside of the box and send to the provided address. Please do not mark anything on the box itself.
- Please allow 14 days for the return to be confirmed and the refund to be processed.
Any unit damaged by misapplication or abuse will not be accepted for return.
Our products are factory tested before shipping, so please ensure you have followed activation instructions and contacted customer care before requesting a return authorization.
No returns and exchanges allowing in the following cases:

Purchased from an unauthorized retailer

GPS tracking service plans are non-refundable
