  • How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?

We ship as soon as possible, but please note that during promotions and peak shopping days, there may be delays in shipping processing. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service for assistance in choosing the correct shipping method for on-time delivery!

Once your order is shipped, your shipping time will vary depending on your shipping options, destination country, and your country's customs process. Please see more details below.

*Please consider U.S. public holidays when choosing a shipping method as these are not within our estimated timeframe. Our couriers don't pick up from us and don't deliver on major holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

  • What shipping methods are available?
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 7-21 business days once shipped from our international shipping center. Some locations can take longer, up to 60 days.

Estimated 7-14 business days to North and South America
Estimated 7-20 business days to Europe
Estimated 7-14 business days to Asia
Estimated 10-30 business days to Middle East / Africa

  • About customs clearance and duties

If you have any requirements for the invoice accompanying the shipment, please contact us before shipment.

If there is no special requirement, it will be filled in according to our default template and amount.

You are responsible for the taxes incurred by the customs of the destination country.

 

  • About lost shipment

If the logistics status of the package has not been updated for a long time, you can contact us to initiate a lost shipment investigation.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to contact the carrier to confirm that the package is missing.
If it is confirmed that it is lost, we will contact you and provide some solutions.
If we reach an agreement on reshipping, please recalculate the logistics timeliness according to the date when we provide a new logistics tracking number.
