Quick Guide
1. Download Lncoon App
2. Register a tracking account and log in
3. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the map to add a new device
4. Scan or type in the IMEI number
(you can find the barcode for the IMEI number on the box)
5. Fill in the information of the device and click save. (optional)
6. Check the device you just add on the "List" page.
7. Click the Top-up
button under the device icon to order a monthly plan.

8. Power on
the device or connect it to the corresponding power supply port. Soon you will see the device appear online.
If you the device already powered on before top-up, please restart the device to refresh the subscription status.
9. Go back to the Homepage and you can start tracking the device.

1. Real-time location view:
Click the device icon on the map, and select "view
address" in the map interface to view the address.
2. You can also click "List" in the app, select
the device to be located, and select "view address" in the map
interface to view the address.
3. Icon colors indicate device status:
Gray means Inactive;
Black means offline;
Red means device is online but not moving;
Orange means device is online, not moving, but the engine is still
on; (For car tracker only)
Green means device is online and moving.

In the "Alerts" interface, click any alarm to view the location where
the alarm occurred
Troubleshooting
A: We send verification codes by email, and unfamiliar emails are
easily blocked by mail servers with a higher defense level.
Solution: Search in the trash and
spam mail to see if there is any mail sent from this mailbox: noreply@track9999.com.
Solution: You can try to add this
email address noreply@track9999.com as email
whitelist, and then click send verification code again
Solution: Contact customer support team, provide your IMEI
number. We will help you create a n account.
A:
- Please check if the IMEI number is correct
- Please click the "List" menu at the bottom of the homepage to check whether the device has been bound successfully
- Please confirm that you have selected the correct region when register
- If all the above are correct, please provide the tracking account (email) and the IMEI number of the device to contact us.

A: All devices require power and a good internet connection to
activate.
If you find your device stay inactive, it may be caused by
these reasons:
- Active status does not updated
Solution: Try restart the device
and see if device will update into active status.
- SIM card not inserted correctly or not detected
Solution: Reposition the SIM
card, and restart the device.
- Device APN did not matching the SIM card's.
Solution: Contact customer support team for assistance.
A: The device is an electronic product, and the work requires
conditions.
If it is offline, please check:
- Check if the subscription plan expires
Solution: If the subscription is
expired, go to top up center, renew your subscription and then restart the
device.
- Check if the power (Red) LED is flashing
Solution: The device is out of
power, fully charge the device, then restart the device.
- Check if the network (Green) LED is flashing
Solution: The device is in an area
with poor cellular signal, take the device to open areas to get better signals.
- Check if the GPS (Blue) LED is flashing
Solution: The device is in an area
with poor GPS signal, take the device to open sky areas to receive GPS signals.
- Q: Why didn't the location update?
A:The positioning update is not timely, please
check:-Whether the device is offline-Whether the device is in a
zone with poor GPS signal-Whether the device positioning
interval is too long
A: Yes. Here is how to generate a share link:
1. Click "List" in the App
2. Click the device that needs to be shared.
3. More actions.
4. Click "Share", set share duration and click
"Share Location", send the link to your family and friends.
5.
When they open it in the browser, they can see the current location and
movement status of the device.
A: The battery life depends on the working mode of the device.
The longer the device positioning interval, the longer the
battery life.
On
the contrary, the shorter the device positioning interval, the faster the
device power consumption.
About Subcription
A: LNCOON's monthly plan combines multiple fees for tracking services:
GPS networking service, server data interaction service, App and email alarm
push service, LNCOON technical support service, etc.
All of these are indispensable to use LNCOON GPS device.
- Q: Do I have to pay a subscription fee
per each device?
A: Yes. The all the service mentioned above we
provide are also provided for each device, or each IMEI number.
A: Once the subscription plan expires, the device
will be offline, which may affect the continuity of tracking and may miss key
tracking information.
Therefore, we have launched an automatic renewal service for the 1-month
subscription plan to prevent customers from forgetting to renew in time.
If you plan to switch to a long-term subscription plan or have to cancel, you
can contact
us to cancel the upcoming renew for you.
About Order
A: We recommend that you order any Lncoon.com product with the
assistance of customer service.
If you want to buy directly, please carefully confirm the
following information:
1. Whether the device is compatible with the destination
country you want to use: network frequency band, adapter model, service node,
etc.
2. Whether the product must be used with other products,
such as accessories such as adapters or SIM cards.
If so, please order them together, or prepare your own in advance.

Global
Positioning System
The GPS receiver calculates its own four-dimensional
position in spacetime based on data received from multiple GPS satellites. Each
satellite carries an accurate record of its position and time, and transmits
that data to the receiver.

dense trees, buildings’ may obscure the signal.

the device to an open area.

various places. The higher the popularity, the wider the base station
